| The W1204K10 Carbon Fiber Tripod with K10 River Runner Ball Head Kit from Sirui is a 4-section, 10-layer carbon fiber support with a load capacity of 44.1 lb. By unlocking the twist-locks, extending the legs, and pulling the rapid center column up, the tripod can reach a maximum height of 68.8". With the legs splayed out, and the column split to a short column, you can lower the tripod down to 8.5" off the ground. Once you're done, you can fold the legs 180° in the reverse to make a compact 22.1 support. The waterproof leg design enables you to place the 3.2 lb support in a body of water or shoot in the rain without incurring any water damage. At the same time, one of the legs is detachable, and it can convert into a working monopod. To make the monopod taller, the center column can be attached to supplement the height of the monopod.

If you want to cancel the order, before the product has been Shipped, you will be refunded entire amount ,no questions asked.
If you want to cancel the order After the Shipment has left our Premises, we will Charge Shipping and Handling charges not exceeding 10% of the order value.
In case you want to cancel/ return the product once the shipment has been received by you, we only accept the same in case of Damage/Defective goods, the conditions for which are mentioned below.
Damaged/Tampered Delivery:
Please do not accept the delivery of any item from the courier/delivery person, if you feel that the outer packaging is Damaged/Tampered. Please contact our helpdesk for replacement, immediately.

Damaged/Defective Product:
In an unlikely event, if the product you received from us is damaged/defective, please call the helpdesk or drop a mail within 10 working days for a refund/replacement. Products damaged while being used, do not qualify for refund/replacement. Products returned, should not exhibit physical damage to the box or to the product; must have all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery and above all no tampering with the serial number of product.
 In case we are unable to replace the damaged/defective product, we will refund your money in Full.
Returning the product:
For initiating the return of a product, you may contact us via helpdesk and request a return/replacement. The return/replacement is subject to receipt of the product(s) at our location in unused condition and in its original packaging, failing which return/replacement may not be possible. At the time of collecting the product(s), you will be given a courier consignment number, which is to be retained for future reference.
Risk and Title:
We retain ownership of goods until payment is received in full. Risk in goods, such as loss or damage, passes to you upon delivery.
Money Refund:
If the payment was by Credit Card / NetBanking / Debit Card, we will refund your Credit Card / NetBanking / Debit Card account respectively.
If the payment was by Cash On Delivery / Cash Before Delivery, we will refund your money via a cheque written in your name. You will have to provide the following details:

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10-15 working days but in case of payments by Cash On Delivery and Cash Before Delivery, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.
Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the cardholder’s Credit Card / NetBanking / Debit Card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank.
