The EP-204S from Sirui is a multi-function video and photo monopod designed for the modern digital content creator. Simply put, the EP-204S is a highly versatile monopod with a range of patented special features seamlessly integrated into the design for intuitive operation. The monopod's 4-section, aluminum construction keeps it at an easy-to-carry weight of just 2.4 lb, while its solid design allows it to support up to 17.6 lb. At its maximum height it can reach up to 63", while capable of folding down to just 24" in length for transport or storage. Starting its diverse list of special features is the folding tripod foot which features a lockable ball-joint connection, which allows the monopod to pivot from a single, grounded position. The locking feature allows the user to lock the monopod vertically but does not make it free-standing. Although the monopod may stand on its own, the vertical lock is intended only to level the horizon for horizontal pans and should not be left unattended. The tripod foot may also be removed from the monopod and used as a table top tripod for those who may need a small support and wish to leave the monopod leg behind. Each one of the three legs folds vertically around the monopod's leg, reducing its footprint and permitting easy storage. In addition to the unique foot, the EP-204S also features a patented 360° swiveling top grip that may be used for smooth pans when a fluid head is not required. The grip is covered by a padded leg warmer and may be engaged and disengaged by a simple aluminum twist-lock directly below the grip. The monopod also features quick and easy to use flip locks for extending each leg section and a wrist strap for added security when in use. If you want to cancel the order, before the product has been Shipped, you will be refunded entire amount ,no questions asked.
If you want to cancel the order After the Shipment has left our Premises, we will Charge Shipping and Handling charges not exceeding 10% of the order value.
In case you want to cancel/ return the product once the shipment has been received by you, we only accept the same in case of Damage/Defective goods, the conditions for which are mentioned below.
Damaged/Tampered Delivery:
Please do not accept the delivery of any item from the courier/delivery person, if you feel that the outer packaging is Damaged/Tampered. Please contact our helpdesk for replacement, immediately.

Damaged/Defective Product:
In an unlikely event, if the product you received from us is damaged/defective, please call the helpdesk or drop a mail within 10 working days for a refund/replacement. Products damaged while being used, do not qualify for refund/replacement. Products returned, should not exhibit physical damage to the box or to the product; must have all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery and above all no tampering with the serial number of product.
 In case we are unable to replace the damaged/defective product, we will refund your money in Full.
Returning the product:
For initiating the return of a product, you may contact us via helpdesk and request a return/replacement. The return/replacement is subject to receipt of the product(s) at our location in unused condition and in its original packaging, failing which return/replacement may not be possible. At the time of collecting the product(s), you will be given a courier consignment number, which is to be retained for future reference.
Risk and Title:
We retain ownership of goods until payment is received in full. Risk in goods, such as loss or damage, passes to you upon delivery.
Money Refund:
If the payment was by Credit Card / NetBanking / Debit Card, we will refund your Credit Card / NetBanking / Debit Card account respectively.
If the payment was by Cash On Delivery / Cash Before Delivery, we will refund your money via a cheque written in your name. You will have to provide the following details:

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10-15 working days but in case of payments by Cash On Delivery and Cash Before Delivery, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.
Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the cardholder’s Credit Card / NetBanking / Debit Card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank.
