| The Manfrotto Multipro-120 Pro-Light Camera Backpack is designed to carry and protect a DSLR camera body with up to a 70-200mm lens attached, 3-4 additional lenses, a flash and accessories. It can also carry a 13" laptop in its dedicated padded laptop sleeve. A unique design and various access pockets allow you to rotate the backpack to your front and get to your camera without removing the bag from your body. The top of the bag unzips to access your shooting camera, while the main pocket on the front of the bag provides access to the main compartment. Inside the main compartment are movable dividers and the Camera Protection System (CPS). The CPS is made from three layers to provide maximum protection: a brushed-fabric exterior, a shock-absorbing foam, and a structural reinforcement board. The CPS's design concentrates its protection in the center of the bag, where it is needed the most. The rear laptop compartment has a zipper that allows it to expand so you can store extra documents, clothing, or other gear. Various interior and exterior pockets are provided for storing small accessories and gear, as well as an attachment and strap that enable you to attach a tripod to the front of the bag. A double-sided rain cover is included for protection in rain or sunshine. A detachable pocket and straps on the side and front of the bag can each be used to hold a tripod or monopod. Flexi dividers have the option to fold out of the way when needed, or to be pulled out to protect your equipment. A rain protector is included to help keep your gear dry. One side of it is silver to deflect direct sunshine and help prevent your gear from overheating. A sleeve on the back of the pack slides over a trolley handle so you can pull the pack along with your luggage. A sternum strap and a waist belt provide additional support for heavy loads. The shoulder straps stow away into a compartment on the back of the bag for easier use with a trolley handle. A specially applied coating to the fabric keeps the bag resistant to moisture. |

If you want to cancel the order, before the product has been Shipped, you will be refunded entire amount ,no questions asked.
If you want to cancel the order After the Shipment has left our Premises, we will Charge Shipping and Handling charges not exceeding 10% of the order value.
In case you want to cancel/ return the product once the shipment has been received by you, we only accept the same in case of Damage/Defective goods, the conditions for which are mentioned below.
Damaged/Tampered Delivery:
Please do not accept the delivery of any item from the courier/delivery person, if you feel that the outer packaging is Damaged/Tampered. Please contact our helpdesk for replacement, immediately.

Damaged/Defective Product:
In an unlikely event, if the product you received from us is damaged/defective, please call the helpdesk or drop a mail within 10 working days for a refund/replacement. Products damaged while being used, do not qualify for refund/replacement. Products returned, should not exhibit physical damage to the box or to the product; must have all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery and above all no tampering with the serial number of product.
 In case we are unable to replace the damaged/defective product, we will refund your money in Full.
Returning the product:
For initiating the return of a product, you may contact us via helpdesk and request a return/replacement. The return/replacement is subject to receipt of the product(s) at our location in unused condition and in its original packaging, failing which return/replacement may not be possible. At the time of collecting the product(s), you will be given a courier consignment number, which is to be retained for future reference.
Risk and Title:
We retain ownership of goods until payment is received in full. Risk in goods, such as loss or damage, passes to you upon delivery.
Money Refund:
If the payment was by Credit Card / NetBanking / Debit Card, we will refund your Credit Card / NetBanking / Debit Card account respectively.
If the payment was by Cash On Delivery / Cash Before Delivery, we will refund your money via a cheque written in your name. You will have to provide the following details:

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10-15 working days but in case of payments by Cash On Delivery and Cash Before Delivery, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.
