My Kolkata in Kolkata (MKIK) 2026, its annual open call for photography and exhibition

What is YOUR Kolkata?

KCC presents My Kolkata in Kolkata (MKIK) 2026, its annual open call for photography and exhibition, presented as part of the 7th edition of AMI Arts Festival.

MKIK 6.0 invites photographers, students and visual storytellers to look at Kolkata more closely and share the city through their own observations and experiences.

Rather than returning only to its most familiar symbols, participants are encouraged to discover the people, places, routines, transitions and details that reveal different ways of seeing Kolkata.

Entries are open across three formats: Single Photograph, Photo Story and Moving Kolkata, with phone and camera submissions both welcome.

Selected works will be presented at Kolkata Centre for Creativity from 10–15 December 2026.

Submission Deadline: 25 October 2026
